By accessing and using gamzam.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you use Gamzam on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials we provide — is owned by Gamzam (gamzam.com) or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by law or as expressly permitted in these Terms (for example, normal browsing and use of the service as offered).
3) Eligibility and accounts
- • You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- • You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
- • If your school requires approvals, you are responsible for obtaining them before use.
4) Service description
Gamzam provides classroom game-show tools, including topic filtering, two-team gameplay, scoring, and content generation workflows. Features may evolve over time and can vary by plan.
5) User conduct
When using our platform, you agree to:
- • Use the site and services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
- • Avoid any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or service.
- • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- • Not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity, or attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security except where applicable law allows.
- • Ensure classroom appropriateness of content you upload or generate.
6) User content and license
You retain rights to content you upload or create. You grant Gamzam a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for your authorized usage.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit content and that such content does not violate third-party rights or law.
7) Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8) Plans, billing, payments, and refunds
Paid plans for Gamzam are offered by subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy, and your card or bank statement may show charges from Stripe or our business name as configured in Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date, according to the plan you choose at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Refund policy: If you are eligible under applicable law, you may request a full refund of the first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. Refunds are processed through Stripe where possible; timing may depend on your bank or card issuer. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country.
Prices and plan limits may change in the future with reasonable notice where required.
9) Availability and support
We aim for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may affect availability.
10) Termination
You may stop using Gamzam at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or for security or legal reasons.
11) Disclaimer of warranties
Information and materials on gamzam.com are provided for general information. While we strive for accuracy, the site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Gamzam nor our affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of gamzam.com or the services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13) Revisions and corrections
Materials on the website may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We may change site content, features, or descriptions at any time without notice, except where we are required to give notice for paid plans or under applicable law.
